Shelley Gillem, CPC, is a loss recovery coach who specializes in coaching individuals who have experienced the loss of a loved one, or another significant loss and have navigated the initial stages of grief, and are ready to move into a new chapter of their lives.
Shelley helps her clients find balance again. She assists them to gently let go of their old lives while allowing their loved one to live on in their hearts. Providing a safe place to process your loss, she guides you to take the steps to come to completion with it. Through Shelley’s compassionate coaching, her clients develop clarity, self-awareness, and understanding and healing.
Her own story is similar to that of her clients: When she was 22, her 16 year old baby sister was killed in a car accident. It was her own journey of recovery and to starting a new life that led her to help others do the same.
A certified Reiki Master, Shelley earned her Professional Coach certification from the prestigious Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. In addition, she is a certified Energy Leadership coach. She is also a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist through the Grief Recovery Method Institute. Shelley offers her 7 week Grief Recovery Program via Phone, Skype or in person on the Oregon Coast.
